How to reproduce

1.) Install 6u10 b23

2.) Open any applet in IE or FF browser

3.) Go to Add/Remove program and uninstall JRE

4.) "File In Use" dialog will apear. (Please see the attached image)

Ignore button can cuase corrupt installation in future. So please remove the Ignore button from the "File in Use" dialog during uninstallation
