Details about Issue -
As reported by the user, he tried to install Java Kernel from:
https://jdk6.dev.java.net/6u10ea.html

Results: During download the progress bar and the Cancel button look somehow broken (see attached picture). Also, the german translation is wrong it should be "Die Java-Anwendung startet, nachdem zusätzliche Komponenten heruntergeladen und installiert wurden." The string for the progress bar is not localized and the font looks ugly.

Note: To reproduce this issue one must have German locale installed and active. This can be achieved from -
Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options
