JRE_Silent_BAT failed becuase "THIRDPARTYLICENSEREADME.txt" is missing after installation

      How to reproduce

      1.) Install b24 promoted JRE in silent or manual mode

      2.) check the <JRE_install_dir>/jre6 "THIRDPARTYLICENSEREADME.txt" doesn't exist

      I could resproduce this bug on XP and VISTA both. It seems this file was left out during building.
