6702370 Install says "Restart my browser now ..." when both IE and Firefox browserS are to be restarted.
The CR fix has been putbacked to deployment workspace in b26. It affects one message in installshield, IDS_LAUNCHIE. "browser" is changed to "browser(s)". All the l10n text has been replaced with English. The change in English may affect some of the locales, or may not. If no locale is affected, current translation will be recovered in installshield. If some of the locales are affected, change in translation will be added.
