REG: Uninstalling jre on windows creates cache directory and deployment.properties file

Tested build : 6u10 b24
Tested OS : windows

Steps to reproduce :
1) Install jre
2) Remove <user home>\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment directory if there is any.
3) Uninstall jre

Cache directory and deployment.properties are created under (<drive>:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment)

Expected behavior : These files should not be created during uninstalling jre
