Duplicate entries in java cache viewer when the cache is back to enabled state

Tested build : 6u10 b24
Tested OS : windows
Steps to reproduce:
1.install jre
2. disable the cache
3. launch notepad appln
4. now enable the cache
5. launch java cache viewer.
It can be noticed that there are duplicate entries for notepad appln as well as the resources.
