The demonstrated applet in the Release notes for the Next-Generation Java Plug-in Technology fails to load on Windows Vista/ IE 7

Tested OS: Windows Vista (32-bit) sp1- Business & Ultimate
        browser: IE 7
                 FF 2.x (for clarification- even the applet doesn't run in FF 2)
                 (via Proxy server access)

Steps to reproduce:

- Install 6u10-b24
- Using Windows Vista/IE 7, browse the public release note for the Next-Generation Java Plug-in Technology
http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/ea/6u10/plugin2/index.jsp
- Under "Experimental Functionality" section, if you don't see the demonstrated applet with two buttons "Reopen Web Page" and "Show Applet Status", then the problem is reproducible
(see attached screenshot)

The problem is noticed on both new plug-in and classic plug-in (IE7/ FF 2.0.0.14) even the exception message is different. It is likely the problem caused by Applet tab missing CODE parameter.

We should address this in 6u10-GA as it is a showcase applet for the next generatation of Java Plug-in.
