GC count not matching JVMTI events

      There is a discrepancy between the number of GC occurrences reported from JVMTI and java.lang.management.GarbageCollectorMXBean.

      This problem is reported in the HotSpot internal and the JMX forum

      It seems that there is a bug in the M&M instrumentation that may miss a few GC counts.
