Upgrading from JDK 6uX to JDK 6u10 will not install public JRE

      To reproduce:

      1. Install a 6uX JDK and install its public JRE.

      2. Upgrade the JDK to 6u10 and install both JDK 6u10 and its public JRE.

       The public JRE of the 6u10 will not be installed.
