tzupdater tools takes long time to complete the build process.

This main time goes during coping the jdk6 needed to build this tool into temporary location.

As JDK6 binary is a huge and also contains 'fastdebug' dir, it takes lot of time to copy the whole binary into build dir. Not only that, build location need more space to have this temp copy.
