How to reproduce it

1.) Install 32 bit JRE (using 32 bit JDK/JRE installer) on 64 bit OS (win XP)

2.) Launch amd64 bit JDK installer and go through full JDK installation

Expected behaviour:
Before finishing the 64 bit JDK installer, it should offer 64 bit JRE installation as well.

Actual Behaviour:
64 bit JDK innstaller shows final installation wziard and 64 bit JRE is not installed.

If we try to install 32 bit JDK on top of 64 bit JRE installation; It does offer 32 bit JRE installation.
