How to reproduce

1.) Install 6u10 b26 pit bundle

2.) Set the UpdateServletURL in the registry to a valid map file.

3.) View applet with IE at: http://j2se.east/~billyh/applet.html

4.) Launch Jushed.exe

5.) Launch JCP and goto update tab; clcik on "UIpdate Now" button.

6.) Wait till Update notification is displayed.

7.) Don't click on "Install button"

8.) Launch the 6u11 jre installer offline or online

9.) It shows File in use dialog with applet in the process list. Now select "Quit" and click on "Retry" button (See attachment FIU_1stTimeDialog.JPG)

10.) After some time it shows "JavaUpdate-UpdateAvailabale" (see atatchment FIU_2ndTimeDialog.JPG). Don't clcik anything here.

11.) Now again View applet with IE at: http://j2se.east/~billyh/applet.html

12.) Clcik on retry (See attachment FIU_3rdTimeDialog.JPG)

Now there are couple of issues
1.) It shouldn't show "JavaUpdate-UpdateAvailabale" in the file in use dialog process list (atatchment FIU_2ndTimeDialog.JPG)
2.) It should also provide the option to quit the applications when it is showing file in use dialog (See attachment FIU_3rdTimeDialog.JPG)

I guess second time (atatchment FIU_2ndTimeDialog.JPG and FIU_3rdTimeDialog.JPG) it show "File In Use" dialog from Install shield wizards.
