How to reproduce.

1.) Launch JDK installer
2.) Install the full bundles, Check Add/Remove; It will install JRE and JAVA DB.
3.) Now only uninstall JDK, don't uninstall JRE and JAVA DB.
4.) Launch JDK installer again
5.) Come till Feature selection wizard, you will see JAVA DB is still being offered (See attachement JavaDB.jpg)

Expected behaviour:
Java DB shouldn't be offered in the featur selction wizard, if already installed. JRE will not be offered in the feature selection wizard, if already installed.

Actaul Behaviuor:
Java DB is getting reinstalled everytime with JDK installer.
