For 6u10 release, the English man page files are converted from the technotes tools html files
and it has been updated in the pubs workspace.
So the Japanese man pages are also in the same situation and it needs to be updated for 6u10.

And some build scripts for the conversion also need to be fixed for the Japanese man page
conversion.
