The current UE for a kernel install is:
1. User clicks on -k.exe and sees the download progress of the kernel MSI.
2. User agrees to license/GTB, then sees the Install progress bar
3. User sees the final dialog and they click on "Close".
4. Kernel silently backgrounds the bundles in the background.
UE wants the behavior to be like this:
1. User clicks on -k.exe and sees the download progress of the kernel MSI.
2. User agrees to license/GTB, then sees the Install progress bar
3. The progress bar should be halfway done by the time kernel is done installing
4. The installer should then minimize itself (while still at halfway done) into the system tray and have a percentage of progress for downloading/installing the kernel bundles.
