After launching basic secured applications, cache viewer asks for user name/password

Tested OS : Windows
Tested Build : 6U10 b27 PIT

Steps to reproduce :
1. Install jre
2. Clear cache
3. Launch http://dispensable.east/BasicSecurity/cicerone/Cicerone.jnlp
4. Enter the user and password.
Application is launched.
5. Try to launch java cache viewer using javaws -viewer

Authentication dialog pops up asking for user name and password
It is a regression.
