This RFE will be used to track the optimization of the Google Toolbar sponsor take rate. Specifically, icon background color and icon alteration will be implemented in the current GTB sponsor dialog to test the effect on take rate.
The new sponsor dialog will appear only on 1033 (US en) locales, and the image containing the new dialog will only be activated for 2% of the downloads on java.com.
The project source will be based from the current 6u7 ws.
