CardTest Applet is not printed properly on IE and FF3
Tested Build : 6u10 b27
Tested OS : win xp
Steps to reproduce :
1. Install jre
2. Launch CardTest applet from jdk demo on IE / FF3
3. try to print the applet
The buttons at the bottom of the applet (first, next, previous, last) and the combo box are not printed
4. Try to print the same applet on MZ 1.7
They are printed properly.
