How to reproduce

1.) Uninstall if any of the sponsore product is installed
2.) Set authenticated proxy settings. I used this server
dispensable.east.sun.com:8090
username/password: dennisgu/dennisgu\
3.) Launch 6u11 offline sponsore bundle or 6u11 online bundle

It shouldn't show any sponsore's product with authenticated proxy.

Rerun test with 6u10 offline sponsore bundle or 6u10 online bundle, no sponsore's product is offered.
