I have a frame , which contains a few component. I click on the button. A modal dialog is seen. When the dialog is visible. I can see the security warning border flashing around the borders of the dialog. I click on the desktop & then click on the frame. Once again security warning border flashing around the borders of the dialog is seen. When i press "Window start button + "D" button, the frame & dialog get minimized. Once when i press "Window start button + "D" button, the frame & dialog get restored. Now i can see both the blocked frame & then modal dialog has a flashing around their border. This is incorrect , only the focused window should have flashing border. i,e in this case the dialog should have the security warning border flashing around them.

Step to reproduced:-

1) Run the attached testcase.
2) Click on the button. you will see a dialog.
3)Press "Window start button + "D" button, the frame & dialog get minimized.
4)Once again press "Window start button + "D" button, the frame & dialog get restored. Observe that both frame & dialog border flashes with the security warning border, then the bug is reproduced.
