Reproduce:
1. Uninstall 6u10 JRE
2. Install 6u10 JRE from http://j2se.east/arc/1.6.0_10/nightly/2008-07-29/windows-i586/jre-6u10-windows-i586-p-iftw.exe
3. Run .reg file to add http://j2se.sfbay.sun.com/web/pub/Deployment/UpdateTestingForJCG/UpdateServletURL registry entry
4. Open Java Control Panel, Click the Update tab, Click on Update Now
If UAC is on, you will see a UAC dialog asking for permission for jucheck to start. You need to allow jucheck to run.
5. Allow Java Update to start the install.
