A series CRs of kernel features will be integrated into 6u11. l10n should follow in the same release. The changes are in kernel_xx.rc.

1) 6680990 - Different UI of "Unable to connect to the Internet" dialog
  Relatively large change that removes lots of unused message strings from the kernel code and also fixes/adds several new strings
for updated dialogs (about 10).

2) 6690159 - Pressing Cancel on Additional Download causing application to close
   Adds 3 new strings to be localized for new message dialog

3) 6702222 - Additional Components dialog doesn't match the UI spec
   Slightly changes areas allocated for text strings. Marked as "AffectsL10N: Yes" because this may affect appearance of localized text
