1.3.1_24-ea-b01 window bundles contain references to 1.3.1_23 plus complains of errors with registry

Run the jre.exe bundle.

It contains 1.3.1_23 references in the installation gif/jpg plus in the installer itself and in the installation directory path.

Also it throws errors while registering the Java 2 Runtime Environment register keys.

The tar bundle looks ok. If the installation is completed the "java -version" looks ok but the overall installation looks incomplete e.g. several directories missing.

The issues looks like an installer issue.
