Look and Feel: Nimbus

Nimbus look and feel has a wrong arrow icon for right-to-left submenus. A test case and screen shots demonstrating the bug are in the attachment.

To reproduce the bug:
1. Compile and run Test.java from the attachment
2. Click on "Menu"
3. Look at "Submenu". Note that the arrow icon is wrong. It points to the right instead of the left.
