Description - Drag and Drop is allowed for applets blocked by Application Modal dialog on Solaris. It works fine on windows

Steps to reproduce
1) Load the following applet
http://web-east.east.sun.com/deployment/www/tests/1.6.0_10/6710528/ApplicationModalTest.html

2) The applet pops up 2 modal dialogs and few other non-modal dialogs

Expected Behavior - One shouldn't be able to drag the applet using the alt-left mouse button.
Actual Behavior - The applet can be dragged using Atl-left mouse button on Solaris
