A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
When right clicking on a trayIcon that has an attached PopupMenu attached to it on Windows Vista, the menu isn't skinned like other native Windows Vista applications.

JUSTIFICATION :
It would improve the Windows Look and Feel of Java and would make an application look more visually appealing.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
Right clicking on just about any other tray icon in the task bar on Windows Vista, like the "Sound" try icon, will show the required visual effects.
ACTUAL -
A very small, white box pops up next to the tray icon. When hovering on an item, the text is highlighted to a "Windows 2000" type bright blue with white text.
