Update from 6u11 to 6u12 fails on XP.
I was able to update from 6u10->6u11.

How to reproduce Manual update Issue:
1.) Install 6u11
2.) Set the
"UpdateServletURL"="http://sqindia.india.sun.com/disk17/deployment/pg152891/PIPTest/map.xml"
Under this path [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\JavaSoft\Java Update\Policy]
3.) Perform Manual update using JCP->Update->Update Now
4.) Manual update will show the Update available notification. click on the "Install" button

Actual Behavior:
Manual updat shows error dialog "Couldn't download the required file"


How to reproduce Auto update Issue:
1.) Install 6u11
2.) Set the
"UpdateServletURL"="http://sqindia.india.sun.com/disk17/deployment/pg152891/PIPTest/map.xml"
Under this path [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\JavaSoft\Java Update\Policy]
3.) Set the AU schedule to Daily using JCP->Update->Advance
4.) Modify the system time accrodingly (5-10 minutes before the hours of AU schedule)
5.) Launch jusched.exe and wait for AU to prompt the update available balloon in system tray

Actual Behavior:
Nothing happnes;

After analysing the Jusched.log it seems issue is while downloading the file. Jusched.log content are copied below
