Unchecking the "Show sandbox warning banner" Java control panel option does not disable displaying the security warning for unsigned applets.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Control Panel -> Java -> Advanced -> Security and uncheck the mentioned checkbox.
2. Open the web browser and go to, say, http://www.printdesktop.com/IeTabbedCrash/TooltipBug.html
3. After tha applet is started, click the "Show JDialog..." button at the bottom of the applet.
4. Observe the toplevel window with the security warning displayed (the yellow triangle icon at the upper right corner).
This is reproducible with 6u10b32. Not tested with other builds.
It seems that unchecking the option no longer grants the "showWindowWithoutWarningBanner" permission in b32 (and maybe some earlier builds as well).
