During installation of 64bit jdk on previously installed 32bit jre Java Setup window with message "Internal Error 2318 C:\WINDOWS\system32\java.exe" appears and 64bit public jre does not install.
Reproduced using 32bits jre1.6.0_10 b33 bundle and 64bits jdk1.6.0_10 b33 bundle

                                    b30 b33
on WindowsXPpro 64-bit.
On Windows Vista Business 64-bit error appears but jre installs after closing error window.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Install jre-6u10-windows-i586-p.exe from /java/re/jdk/1.6.0_10/promoted/fcs/b33/bundles/windows-i586/
2.Install jdk-6u10-windows-amd64.exe
/java/re/jdk/1.6.0_10/promoted/fcs/b33/bundles/windows-amd64/jdk-6u10-windows-amd64.exe
