The behavior of opening Java Console via the browser's menu (Tools -> Java Console) behaves differently on Vista + FF3 and XP + FF3.
In Vista, the action will trigger VM to launch and open a Java Console, but on XP, the menu item will be disabled and no Java Console is opened. This is only reproducible with the new plugin.
The Java Console menu item should be removed if we do not want user to access JC from there.
