EventClientDelegate and context namespace appear as NotificationBroadcasters but are not

      Attach JConsole to a recent JDK 7 build and open the EventClientDelegate or jmx.context// MBeans. A Notifications item will appear in the tree, even though these MBeans are not specified to be broadcasters.
