JDK installer is signed with "Java Runtime Environment" text

        Steps to reproduce:

        1. Go to the deployment archives with IE
        2. Click on the JDK.exe, and select "Run" (not save)
        3. After the download takes place, it'll have a security dialog with "Java Runtime Environment" text.

        Expected behavior: It should show "Java Development Kit" text.
