reproduce:
1. install 6u3 b05
2. set [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Update\Policy]
"UpdateServletURL"="http://javadl-esd.sun.com/update/maptest/map-1.6.0.xml"
3. Open ControlPanel and click 'update now' from update tab
Problem:
The messages in <title>, <title2> and <description> have some quotation marks. See the attached screen shot.
