The Browser Plugin must honor the drawing layers inside browsers

      Currently the browser plugin draws on top of all web content. This does not play well with absolute positioning and CSSZIndex that is used to create overlays, menus for web content. This is absolutely necessary to be considered as a viable browser plugin.
