      The message "Use JRE %s for <applet> (requires restart)" for ja
      has an unneeded characters in Internet Option dialog on Windows XP 64-bit.

      IDS_IECPL_OPTIONS_TEXT in deploy/src/plugin/win32/regutils/resource_ja.rc

      On Windows XP 32-bit, it shows correctly.
