Parts of the FileDialog and Printdialog are transparent in Jdk build 6u14.
Tested with the latest 6u14 b02 pit build , also with 6u14 b01 build where it fails. Passes with 6u12.
Reproducible only with Win 2000 prof , works fine with XP and Vista.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the attached testcase (ModalityTest.java)
2. click on the button "Open File Dialog" and "Open Print Dialog"
3. Check that part of the Dialogs are transparent
