2) Extract to c:\ws\6ur_swing_ws
3) copy c:\ws\6ur_swing_ws\swing\docs\standalone\windows_arg.txt to c:\ws\6ur_swing_ws
4) modified the following args.
  JAVA_HOME=c:/java/jdk1.6.0_14b01
  RESULTS_DIR=c:/ws/6ur_swing_ws/results
  J2SE_COMPONENT_DIR=swing
  STABLE_JAVA=c:/java/jdk1.5.0_14
  BASEBUILD=c:/java/jdk1.6.0_13b01
5) ksh Run_Standalone.ksh -a windows_arg.txt.
