Reproduce:
1. install 6u13 b01 from http://jre.sfbay/java/re/j2se/6u13/promoted/all/b01/bundles/windows-i586/jdk-6u13-ea-bin-b01-windows-i586-p-23_jan_2009.exe

2. Load the following socket connection applet into the browser.
http://web-east.east.sun.com/deployment/www/tests/1.6.0_13/6706490/connect_jnlp.html
3. Grant the permission at the security dialog.
4. Click on the "Connect" javascript button.
5. You should see a new liveconnect warning dialog.

Problem:
Colon should be added after "Name". Refer to the attachment.
