Uninstall fails to clean JAVASOFT-> Update reg node from HKLM adn HKCU with UAC OFF for admin user.

How to reproduce
1.) Uninstall all JREs and Clean all the registry keys for Java soft from HKLM and virtual store
2.) Install JRE
3.) Set the registry entires for AU.
"UpdateServletURL"="http://sqindia.india.sun.com/disk17/deployment/pg152891/PIPTest/map.xml"
4.) Do the Manual/Auto update
5.) Click on the Install button in Update notification dialog
7.) Immidiately do the silent uninstall by below command
MsiExec.exe /X{0D499481-22C6-4B25-8AC2-6D3F6C885FB9} /qb

ON XP machine uninstall did clean all the registry entries
