1.4.2_20-b02: build was perfromed prior to full sync of the change from the integration to the master.
If RE had a step to check the state of syncronization between tghe integration workspaces:
  /net/nightsvr/export4/integration/1.4.2_20/*

and the master workspaces:

  /net/jdk.sfbay/export/disk7/jdk1.4.2_20

this may have been avoided.

Ideall all promotion builds could incorporate this check.
