As of now we only collect ping during install time, if pings are lost for some reason, we don't have any way to recollect. We should make sure that we are not missing pings. As of now we don't have any data also which shows that these many failures has happened during first attempt. We should make sure that if pings are not collected by server in first attempt we try to send back them.
