How to reproduce

Make sure user is admin and UAC is enabled.

1.) Install 6u14 promotoed b03 bundle on VISTA machine with UAC ON machine

2.) Open Java Control Panel (JCP) and goto Update Tab

3.) Note the Update schedule and Click on Advance button

4.) Modify the update schedule to daily and Update time as well.

5.) Click "Apply" and OK .

6.) Relaunch JCP goto Update Tab Check the update schedule again.

Update schedule is again reverted as it was original after installation.

Expected Behavior
JCP should show the modified schedule.
