Please make sure UAC is Enabled and User is Admin user on windows 7. It was reproducible consistentely with JDK bundles Y'day. What Today after i tried many to get the exact steps, it is showing inconsistent behavior. I am still filing for tracking purpose. Will try later on some other windows 7 machine to reproduce this issue.

How to reproduce?

1.) Make sure no Cache exist, run javaws -uninstall to be on the safer side
2.) Uninstall all JRE and JDK from the machine.
3.) Install 6u14 JDK bundle with Public JRE.
4.) Check JCP cache viewer nothing exist. JCP Network setting is using Browser setting. In, I can access any internet link.
5.) Open IE and goto Javafx.com/samples.
6.) Open Fish sample. It shows the following error.

Chaningin to P2 as I could reproduce it with UAC OFF as well. So I guess some issue with some Registry settings. If we do multiple install uninstall this may not be no longer reproducible. If you need a machine to reproduce this please let me know.
