Steps to reproduce -

Install jre 6u13.
Install jre 6u14 online installer
6u14 gets installed by invoking Patch-in-Place.
Once 6u14 installation is complete, PATCH.ERR file is created under the jre6 folder to confirm that PIP installation was successful.

The PATCH.ERR file should be renamed to state that the PIP installation was successful. .ERR files are usually error log files.

Additionally the contents of the PATCH.ERR file also need to be changed to say PIP was successful. Currently there are some arbitrary warning messages.
