When skipping the option to install 6u12+ (presenting as part of FX SDK Setup), " An error occurred while reading the file" dialog popped up.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Install the JDK 6u13/FX SDK 1.1.1 cobundle from
http://jre.sfbay.sun.com/java/re/jdk/6u13/promoted/plus/b91/bundles/windows-i586/jdk-6u13-javafx-1_1_1-windows-i586.exe
                     (/java/re/jdk/6u13/promoted/plus/b91/bundles/windows-i586/jdk-6u13-javafx-1_1_1-windows-i586.exe)

2) Complete the first part of the installation which is to install JDK 6u13
3)Ignore the black screen, to continue with JavaFX SDK installation. At the FX SDK setup windows, unchecked the default recommended "JDK 6u12+" (skip it) and click 'Next'

If you see the error message dialog throws (as attached screenshot) the the problem is reproducible.
