...are now available. These reflect the changes circulated last week on the
time zone mailing list modulo the considerations circulated this weekend.
Changes are:
- the "asia" file to reflect Palestine's change this year in the start and end of DST
- changes in Jordan and Palestine are specified as on Fridays rather than on Thursdays
