we currently post http://java.com/js/deployJava.js.
This file is mostly comments and whitespace, and is 33K and can be compressed to 1/3 of that just by running JSMin or some other javascript compressor.
We should post both deployJava.js (compressed there) and deployJava.txt (so people can see comments)
