Try to invoke file in use dialog in zh_CN and zh_TW
On windows, open java application like Java Control Panel, and then uninstall the JRE
There will be the file in use dialog.
In zh_CN and zh_TW, the text of the check box "quit the application listed ...", is truncated. Even I increase the width and height of the control, IDC_FILESINUSE_CHECKBOX, the truncation is still there. I can not correct the problem from rc file. So, I file it as a deployment i18n CR first.
