After Auto Update from 6u12 to 6u13 on locales(German, Swedish), uninstallation of 6u13 still shows 6u12

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install 6u12 b04 jre on Swedish or German locale.
2. Open regedit, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/JavaSoft/Java Update/Policy
3. Add New->String Value to UpdateServletURL -> http://javadl-esd.sun.com/update/1.6.0/map-1.6.0.xml-EN-OFF
4. Open Java Control Panel, select Update tab and click on Update now button
5. 6u13 is installed on the machine.
6. Go to control panel and uninstall 6u13 jre.

The uninstallation window show as 6u12.
