How to reproduce

1.) Install 6u14 promotoed build

2.) Update the JRE; I tried with Following XML file

http://sqindia.india.sun.com/disk17/deployment/pg152891/PIPTest/map.xml

3.) After Update do the Uninstall from add rfemove program

Observe the UAC dialog, the meesgae is "following program to update ....". For more info check the attached image.
